1) I can't believe you called me "hunny" in the middle of your article (spelled with a "u"!) Extremely upsetting.

2) Have you seen Buffy the Vampire Slayer? I go back and forth on whether it's really a "feminist" tv show and would be interested in your thoughts.

To answer the Buffy question I’ve heard of it before but no, I’m weird cuz I like a lot of media with fantastical elements but pure fantasy isn’t really been my thing mostly because I think the world as it is is already interesting enough

Agreed, Sex and The City is superior to The L Word.

(Was calling Miranda “Cynthia” after the actress intentional? Similarly, that Mandala Effect gets me all the time, and yet I know damn well the acronym for the show is SATC, not SITC.)

Thank you for your post, Lemon. ‘Razzle dazzle’, i do love that turn of phrase!

Yes I recently rewatched Kim Cattrall

in Mannequin, a film I remember coming out. Now that make me feel very old!😂

I haven’t watched then all (SATC) but it’s a nice bit of escapism. The time it aired, I was a young adult so I suppose watching it used to make me feel the ‘shoulds’ a bit. Like I wasn’t doing very well.

Completely agree with the X post, 90s liberals absolutely had it right. Like most things, shit peaks then hurtles off down hill.

Still, keep reminding us of the good times and we’ll keep hoping for better days…..

Feminism is twat-ism. It’s just boring.

I mean yes feminism is in its most basic form, centered around the “twat”
